Partnered with the Baltimore-based Jacques Initiative, a program of the Institute of Human Virology, to conduct human-centered design research focused on improving community outreach and engagement. While widely recognized for its HIV prevention and support services, the initiative also provides broader medical care and support. Through interviews, field research, and collaborative brainstorming, we explored how to raise awareness about their comprehensive services and build deeper, trust-based relationships with local communities. The design sprint culminated in a comprehensive report and a presentation to key partners, outlining actionable strategies for potential application and long-term impact.
